In 2004, Kellogg's introduced a range of cereal toys featuring the character from Dr. Seuss's classic children's book and film, "The Cat in the Hat."

These were a set of 4 cloth finger type puppets to put on pencils, pencil toppers, this one being the Cat in the Hat.
