How long will delivery take?
Items are despatched normally within 48 hours of payment. Length of shipping usually depends on destination.

Where are you based?
We are based in Lincolnshire, United Kingdom but we do ship worldwide.

Do you have a shop we can visit?
No, the Vintage Toybox is an internet toy shop. We do not have premises due to the high overheads.

Do you accept Credit/Debit Cards?
We only accept credit/debit card payments through PayPal.

Are your goods new or used?
As we are a collectables site most of our items have been used unless otherwise stated. The condition of an item can be found in the item description. If you would like further details then please contact us.

What should I do if I think my parcel is lost in the post?
All UK deliveries are sent by a tracked service so should be easy to trace. In the event of your parcel not been delivered, please contact us via our email form.

I need my item in a hurry!
If you need an item in a hurry please contact us prior to purchase and we will try to get the item to you ASAP. The item can be sent by "Special Delivery" but there is an extra postal charge for this.

Can I buy more than one copy of an item?
No, as our items are collectibles we usually only have ONE copy of each item listed.

Can I "Reserve" an item?
Items can be "Reserved" for up to a period of 10 days. If payment has not been received within this period the item will be relisted.

How Do I Return?

Products are delivered to the address provided by you and in the manner outlined in the order summary. Upon delivery, please check the content and report any issues promptly using the contact form on this site. Goods are delivered to the following countries: United Kingdom. For broken or damaged good, please contact us as soon as possible. Please send a photograph of the damaged item to contact@vintagetoybox.co.uk

Delivery are made by Royal Mail or Evri which usually takes 2-3 days, once your order has been dispatched. A tracking number for this service will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Please notify us as soon as possible, if you wish to return at contact@vintagetoybox.co.uk A 14 day inspection period is given on all items sold. If after you have received your item you are not happy please contact us. We will then advise you how to return. The item must be returned in the same condition it was posted, no parts missing.

Proof of postage must be obtained. Postage costs are not refundable.

For Damaged Goods

Upon delivery, please check the content and report any issues promptly (Within 7 days) using the contact form on this site and if possible a replacement will be promptly sent.

Right to cancel

If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us immediately. We understand that situations may change, but it's important to act quickly, as orders are processed within one working day.
